Maybe you’re like me and felt GREAT the first few weeks of your first trimester and are thinking to yourself “WOW this isn’t as bad as people say” secretly hoping it stays that way. By the third week the nausea came in HOT. Luckily, my mom’s genes helped and didn’t throw up once! However, I wasn’t too lucky with just about everything else. Everything stunk like a skunk, every piece of food tasted horribly, oh and the worst part of all, I had to say goodbye to my best friend— coffee! I could’t stand the smell of it let alone the taste!
I want to encourage all the new moms out there and tell you that what you are doing is HARD. It may not feel like things will get better but they do!
Don’t worry about photoshoots at this trimester (unless you are one of the lucky ones with no symptoms).
What you need right now is sleep! This stage of your body is practically rock climbing, daily!
